Still having a hangover from the weekend camp at pulau ubin. Initially had lesson from 8-5 today but i felt asleep in both my practical from 8-10 and lecture from 10-12 and so i decided to went home at 12 to sleep. Today's practical is funny. We have 4 international people joining us. They're from China. Later i found out that they're University lecturers from China having attachment at Singapore. And know what? It seems China uni standards are equal to Singapore poly standards. haha!!

Okay should talk more about my camp. And here it goes...

Friday after my gems at 3, meet Sj and some primers member before setting off to Bedok Sheng Shiong to buy food for the camp. It's the first time we shopped for food and the total cost exceeds 200 bucks. Omg. Took us an hour and a half or so to finish shopping. Reached Changi jetty at 730 to meet up with all the primers member before setting off to Ubin! I guess this year we set off earlier then last year. Yup. And initially i's from Sj's group but later i transferred to Wei qiang's group. Wq's my new made friend in primers! hahas.

So we reached Ubin at around 8 plus. Settled down and gone through a briefing before we start our Night activity. Sharing of our life experiences. Everyone of us talk more about ourselves and i guess it makes me know more in depth to my friends in my group. Had supper before lights off at 1 and we went to sleep. The sleeping condition is errrr.... Didn't manage to get the photos of our sleeping condition and the toilet. But well, that's life in Ubin i guess. Now i learnt to appreciate my toilet more. haha!!

Woke up at 6 the next day on saturday though the initial waking up time is 730. I wanna beat the crowd to have my bath first and i did!! hahas. after me, there's a long queue of people waiting to bath LOL. And Saturday is a long day. We have to think of our group name, cheer, skid for gala night and design our flag to represent our group. There's also station games for us organized by the committee of primers from 3-6. It also means bitten by mosquitoes. Omg la. I brought long pants but didn't wear it during the activity and my legs are like swollen-.- Cooked lunch and dinner for my group with the help of all my group members. had maccaroni for lunch and Fried rice for supper. yum yum. Initially decided not to sleep for the second night but too cmi. i'm too tired. plus there's school at 8 on monday. i'll be so tired without sleep. So off i went to my dreamland at 2.

Sunday, the last day at Ubin. sharing session by Pastor Danny before it's home sweet home for us. Oh ya. I signed up for NYAA ( national youth achievement award ). It requires a commitment time for 1.5 years and it involves doing volunteering work. i decided to contribute my little bit to the community") Took MRT home with 3 of my friends which i know in primers and 2 of them actually lives around my area. And i found out 1 of them to be my neighbour. hahas.

I'm really glad to have go for this RIO camp. Initially i'm having the thought of not going cause none of my friends want to accompany me! But i changed my mind when Sj called me last sun and told me i'm in his group. Although i transferred to wei qiang's group in the end.

I'm glad to make new friends like javian, shi kuan, jie sheng, mervin, wen wei, xin yong, jasmin, alvin and most importantly, Wei qiang and Hui shan.

Wei qiang is the leader of our group and i really appreciated everything he's done. Thank's Wei qiang. You rocks!!! And there's Hui shan. She's graduated from SP but she still choose to remain as a part of the primers family. i guess that's the spirit of primers. Yes. Thanks hui shan for your guidance throughout the camp. Without your presence, our group will not be complete. Appreciated!! ") More activities coming up from primers and i hope to be active for all of them.

PRIMERS ROCKS!!!!

Having my EEE talentine singing competition audition tomorrow at 530. Don't know whether i should go for it or not cause i'm having a sore throat till now. It'll definitely affect my singing. But jiayou to the people whom i know will be taking part. Hope to see you performing in the finals. My classmate Aiman and You Tat from primers, JIAYOU!!!!!!

Oh ya. will upload photos of my group in ubin when my friend send me")
